      Mr. Koons served three terms on the Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association.  He served on the Advisory Board to the Federal National Mortgage Association, and as a member of the Advisory Council of the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation.  He was a member of the American Bankers Association Residential Loan Committee, and the ABA Alumni Council.  Mr. Koons is the chairman of LMA an executive recruiting firm serving the Mortgage Banking Industry.

Tom is a highly regarded veteran in the field of Mortgage Banking and Executive Recruiting.   Mr. Glenn has extensive Retail and Wholesale mortgage banking experience spanning a career of 35 years. Major responsibilities include Sales Management, Financial Management, Operations, Post Closing, Credit and Risk Management.  During his career Mr. Glenn has been directly involved in the origination and sale of over $50 billion of volume. Key company affiliations include Stockton, Whatley, Davin & Co., Chase Home Mortgage, Dime Savings Bank and North American Mortgage Company. Mr. Glenn served as a manager for a national recruiting firm specializing in mortgage banking.  In addition to managing the office, Mr. Glenn was directly responsible for the placement of Retail and Wholesale Production Managers, Account Executives, Operations, Credit, Financial and Servicing Management positions.  Key relationships include several of the top 10 lenders in the United States. Mr. Glenn is President of LMA an executive recruiting firm serving the Mortgage Banking Industry. He and his wife Trisha reside on Amelia Island, FL.
 
               
 
Charles Blair

Charles is an experienced banking executive who helps other banking executives and directors deal with the many issues facing them today.   Prior to establishing his consulting business, Mr. Blair spent over 30 years in banking, as CEO, COO, and CFO of community banks, with the largest bank having almost $400 million in assets, and 400 employees nationwide.  He has also assisted corporate customers and small businesses in turnarounds and restructuring debt.    
Mr. Blair specializes in consulting with community banks in the areas of management evaluation and succession planning; strategic, financial and capital planning; incentive compensation; risk assessments and processes; asset/liability management; and mortgage banking integration.
A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Mr. Blair graduated from Marion Military Institute and University of Alabama with degrees in Commerce and Business Administration with a major in Banking and Finance.  He is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School for Bank Administration.
During Mr. Blair’s career, he has accumulated extensive experience in establishing systems and processes across the banking spectrum; leading the strategic planning and budgeting process; raising capital; dealing with regulators and the regulatory environment; leading banks in making five financial services acquisition; establishing and participating in the growth of four complimentary businesses within the banks; and evaluating use of technology in banking.
He has been active in the Georgia Bankers Association, chairing the asset/liability committee and serving on the Board and Public Affairs Committee, and he is a past member of the BAI Community Bankers Council.  He is chairman of the Banks-Jackson-Commerce Hospital Authority, trustee of the Harmony Grove Foundation, and member of the Northeast Georgia Council of the Boy Scouts of America, having served as past president and recipient of the Silver Beaver and Eagle Awards. 
Charles and his wife, Johnnie, reside in Commerce, Georgia, where they are active members of the community and the First United Methodist Church.   They are parents of twins, Camille and Win, who are freshmen at the University of Georgia.

Accomplishments include designing, building and managing sales and operations platforms for local, regional and national financial service businesses in a broad segment of markets and models throughout the United States.
